Online Registration ends January 19, 2007. After that date, it will be possible to register onsite for an additional $50 fee.

CONFERENCE FEES  (Full conference registration includes name badge, conference materials, all conference sessions, two receptions, 1 breakfast, 2 plenary luncheons with speakers, and coffee breaks. Workshop registration is separate from conference registration and includes workshop fee and materials only. Please note that Advocacy Day participation also requires a separate registration. REFUND POLICY

There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before January 15, 2007. The full amount paid minus a $40 fee per registration will be refunded.

No refund will be issued for cancellations after January 15, 2007. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

AIEA is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations.
